Aesthetique Photo Shoot
After paying a visit to the University of Miami’s zine collection and the Lowe art museum I was able to come up with various pictures I would like to include in my magazine. The art I photographed, much like pictures of real people, capture the beauty of not only a scene but also the natural aesthetic of people. The sculpture pictured here also is a piece of aesthetic beauty drawing on humanities enjoyment of symmetrical objects. The hanging design mixed with the lighting also adds dashes of color within the crystal making it an overall stunning view. The final picture here is an illustration within a hard cover edition of Marie Shelley’s Frankenstein. Much like photography of a scenery this illustration puts readers into the book and through photographing this illustration it adds another layer of immersion due to the nature of this shot being in my point of view (which can also be said with the other pictures here.).
